Accountabilities Scope of work Driving Sales Volume To achieve the organizational goal on visibility of different lead brands and track distribution KPIs for DBR, PSR and CEs as per Unit Target and drive execution through sales team Monthly (Focus of the month) FMO tracking and achievement for Sales Development Branding & Visibility Activities ASM territory wise & area wise budget allocation, vendor and sales team alignment, and drive execution of signage and marketing material through Marketing and sales executives Provide support to the unit teams through coordination with vendors for timely on field execution of all signage drives related to either visibility or promotion in the market place Handling visibility initiatives across sales channel. Visibility & trade Promotion in stipulated allocation and criteria. Marketing Programs (QPDS) Enrolment of Key outlets under QPDS Scheme, drive volume at the outlets and ensuring visibility of the focused brand Key Accounts Tie Ups Identify imagery and HVO accounts in the unit Negotiate volume targets and A&M payout to convert them into Pepsi exclusive accounts
Responsibilities
The role is responsible for driving sales volume by achieving organizational goals for brand visibility and tracking distribution KPIs across the sales team. This includes managing territory-wise budget allocation, coordinating vendors, and executing signage and marketing material drives.
