Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.

• 5 years of manufacturing, engineering, or operations experience in leadership roles.Ability to travel extensively including Internationally

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree.
• 5+ years of battery cell related manufacturing experience.

• 5+ years of managerial experience leading teams.Experience succeeding in high levels of complexity, exposure, to multiple business issues, ambiguity, and conflict.
