Area Manager – Melbourne Eastern Region (Multi-Site Leadership) A newly created leadership role. 4 clubs. Full ownership of performance, people, and profit. This is an opportunity to step into a true multi-site leadership role, overseeing an established portfolio of clubs across Melbourne’s eastern suburbs. Built for a hands-on operator, this role is about leading from the front, setting the standard, developing your people, and owning the commercial outcomes of your region. The Role This is not an office role. You’ll be in the clubs, leading from the front, building capability in your team, and ensuring each location is operating at a high standard across sales, service, and retention. You’ll act as the critical link between senior leadership and your clubs, translating strategy into action, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing future leaders within your network.
