Responsible in managing the project budget throughout the design development, procurement, and construction stages. Manage multiple stake holders like procurement, technical, project management and contracts teams. Responsible for handling a team of Cost managers / Asst cost managers to ensure smooth progression of the project. Reviewing and giving inputs to develop capital planning, cost plans/reports in various stages and preparing the pretender estimates. Providing inputs and managing the value engineering process. Manage the project delivery post contract stage and change management in both pre and post contracts. Ensuring the publishing of the weekly, monthly report to the stakeholders.
