Area Manager Weir Minerals Bohle, QLD Onsite In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional aftersales support for our equipment—ensuring strong performance across spare parts and service operations. You’ll build and nurture technical relationships that strengthen our brand presence and drive strategic aftermarket growth. You’ll play a key role in understanding the critical needs of our customers, collaborating with Product Managers and Service Specialists to deliver outstanding service. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Regional and Sales Managers to shape and execute strategic marketing and growth plans for the Aftersales business. Lead initiatives to improve customer operations by analysing Total Ownership Costs (TOC), proposing commercially sound trials, and delivering measurable savings. Provide expert troubleshooting support and conduct brand stack and aftermarket inspections to enhance system performance and long-term competitiveness. Build strong customer relationships through technical training, joint sales calls, and tailored site-specific strategies that drive aftermarket retention. Maintain deep knowledge of customer processes, industry trends, and competitor activity to support accurate forecasting, budgeting, and CRM record-keeping. Deliver first-class customer service through regular reporting, call documentation, and active participation in the Weir Customer Survey Program.
