ABOUT THE ROLE

This role will involve managing a team of housekeepers and cleaners, ensuring high standards of cleanliness in hotel and commercial properties, and providing training and support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and supervise a team of housekeepers and cleaners across Brisbane.
• Coordinate and schedule daily cleaning tasks to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to the staff.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.
• Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and in working order.
• Address client concerns and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Travel across Brisbane.
