Please visit our website: www.turnerandtownsend.com Job Description To lead Northern PMO team for a banking client, taking ownership for overall end to end delivery to high quality standards Drive end to end project delivery and co-ordination from initiation to close-out for all the banking project related works Understand the client ways of working, compliances, guidelines, stakeholders, leaders and various building aspects Coordination with internal and external stakeholders and setting up and leading meetings Setting up Governance frameworks Independently manage the responsibilities of tracking and reporting through various client functions/ workstream Leading weekly, fortnightly and monthly meetings and preparation of reports, presentations and providing support to client.Act as the integrator to various functions/ workstreams and keep client informed of the overall progress, ensuring that client objectives are met through the delivery of value-added services. Overall understanding of the lifecycle including feasibility, design, procurement, construction, etc. Tasks are completed to the right accuracy and quality standards efficiently within timelines Client evolving needs are dealt with a helpful and attentive way The cross-functional team and various stakeholders are supported in a helpful and positive manner An effective contribution is made towards the overall project Key information and data is effectively communicated and appropriately retained Preparation of trackers and reports. Good communication skills along with effective stakeholder management Qualifications Education – B.Arch/ B.E/ B.Tech (Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical) Post graduate qualification in Project Management (RICS/ NICMAR) would be an added advantage Candidate should have relevant experience of leading and delivering corporate Interior fitout projects 10+ years work experience with demonstrated career growth graph.
