WHAT WE NEED FROM THIS ROLE:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Resident Services, the Area Manager, Property Management is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, administration, and resident relations of assigned properties. This role involves managing a team of Resident Services Coordinators/Property Administrators, ensuring that properties are operating efficiently and within budget while maintaining a high level of resident satisfaction. The Area Manager works closely with Head Office staff and the Building Services team to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet all operational standards.
