Titan offers deep engineering expertise and has capacity to manufacture at high volumes in an ASME-certified facility that produces both pre-designed and custom separators, heater treaters, glycol dehydration units, as well as a wide range of other production equipment products.   Position Summary:  Will be responsible for performing: various auditing functions of established procedures and processes to ensure compliance; quality training and development. Requires strong PEQ product knowledge.     Job Description:   ·         Manages the work activities of department personnel to achieve maximum quality and productivity of the department ·         Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, and training employees ·         Maintains job results through coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees ·         Resolves personnel issues to include hiring, counseling, discipline, pay, benefits, and termination ·         Works with other Manufacturing Area Managers to establish priorities ·         Schedules and coordinates vendor and sub-contractor audits and reviews ·         Ability to document, track, and communicate audit findings to the appropriate department head and Quality Manager ·         Responsible for reviewing component or system failures and facilitating required process/procedure changes to correct future failures ·         Reviews new or updated production processes and/or test procedures ·         Responsible for interpreting, supporting and communicating Quality Assurance policy, processes, and procedures published by the Quality function ·         Interprets drawings, customer specifications and standards of moderate complexity ·         Addresses quality issues related to non-conforming material or components, and obtain timely disposition to maintain production flow ·         Maintains a safe, secure, and productive working environment for department personnel ·         Has comprehensive knowledge of ASME, ANSI, ASNT, ASTM, AWS, NACE, API, ASIC and SSPC national codes ·         Maintains an attitude conducive to progress through positive change, continuous improvement, and an active contribution to the teamwork concept ·         Excellent communication skills         Preferred Education and Experience:   ·             CWI REQUIRED  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field. ·              Extensive knowledge of PEQ product line and/or vessel fabrication process. ·              AWS – Certified Weld Inspector required ·              Basic knowledge with Excel, Word, and Outlook ·              5+ years’ experience in a Manufacturing Quality role. Physical Strain:   ·         Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure and meet deadlines ·         High energy, motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills, while being assertive in a team environment ·         Able to work independently and ensure tasks are completed with little supervision ·         Able to work well with others
