This is an exceptional opportunity to become a part of Coupang’s growth in Taiwan and create a world where our customers wonder, “How did I ever live without Coupang?” Role Overview The Area Manager is responsible for managing 3PL partners, ensuring that both inbound and outbound processes meet Coupang’s standards and deliver customer-amazing results. What You Will Do Operations Support & Process Monitoring： Assist in monitoring daily inbound/outbound (IB/OB) progress and handling exceptions. Track KPIs for each station (e.g., EXSD, OB capacity, IB capacity). Compile daily/weekly reports and provide initial analysis and recommendations. Workforce & Shift Management support manpower scheduling to ensure alignment with forecasted volumes. Assist with personnel adjustments, overtime planning, and reporting manpower anomalies. Coordinate with HR or outsourcing partners regarding labor needs and deployment. Project Execution & Process Improvement System & Data Handling Communication & Coordination Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of total experience Ability to solve problems through creative thinking and partnerships with other teams Preferred Qualifications Familiar to WMS system Experience of working or hiring within a start-up environment Recruitment Process Application Review - Phone Interview - Onsite (or Virtual Onsite) Interview – Offer The exact nature of the recruitment process may vary according to the specific job and may be changed due to scheduling or other circumstances.
