REQUIREMENTS

• A proven track record in real estate sales and team management, demonstrating strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in Dubai.
• Prior team leader/management experience in real estate or sales is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Having RERA.
• Valid driving license.

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Area Manager who will oversee daily operations and manage a team, ensuring targets are met and clients are satisfied.

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of brokers to achieve sales targets.
• Recruit, hire, and build a broker team within your area.
• Drive sales growth and ensure consistent achievement of both individual and team KPIs.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
• Maintain and grow strong client relationships.
• Actively prospect, negotiate, and close real estate deals.
