We’re looking for an Area Manager (Sales & Operations) to help us build it from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity for someone who knows the local industry and wants to take ownership of both business development and day-to-day operations. 🔹 What you’ll be doing: • Building and maintaining relationships across the Peace Region • Driving new business in turnarounds, maintenance, and project work • Acting as DAVETA’s local presence in Grande Prairie • Overseeing shop operations, scheduling, and job execution • Supporting our divisional managers (Mechanical Maintenance & Construction, Scaffolding & Insulation) • Ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency across all work 🔹 What we’re looking for: • Strong connections in Grande Prairie / Northern Alberta • Well-versed in turnarounds, projects, and maintenance • Working knowledge of scaffolding and insulation • Experience in industrial services environments • Someone who’s comfortable wearing multiple hats • A self-starter who can operate independently and take ownership This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited about building something from the ground up. 📍 Location: Grande Prairie / Peace Region

Responsibilities

The Area Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining local business relationships while driving new business in turnarounds, maintenance, and project work within the Peace Region. This role also requires overseeing daily shop operations, scheduling, job execution, and ensuring high standards of quality and safety across all activities.
