REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in F&B management (multi-outlet experience preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
• Hands-on, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment
• Food hygiene certification is mandatory
• Singaporeans and PRs only

• Supervise and support multiple outlets to ensure smooth operations
• Lead, train, and motivate outlet supervisors and staff
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, hygiene, and service standards
• Manage scheduling, manpower planning, and staff performance
• Monitor sales, costs, and KPIs; prepare weekly reports for management
• Oversee inventory control and supplier coordination
• Support new outlet openings and operational projects
