About the Role
As an Area Manager, you’ll lead and support a portfolio of stores, working closely with Retail and Pharmacist Managers to deliver results. Your responsibilities will include:
Driving sales, profitability, and KPI performance across your stores
Managing wage budgets and expenses while ensuring strong rosters and efficient operations
Supporting merchandising, marketing, and promotional initiatives to maximise customer engagement
Overseeing inventory and stock control, ensuring best practice across all stores
Leading business reviews and implementing action plans to support growth
Coaching and mentoring store leaders to deliver exceptional customer service and team performance
Ensuring compliance with WHS, employment, and company policies
Travelling to stores within your area, including occasional regional visits, with travel expenses reimbursed
About You
We’re looking for a self-motivated, hands-on leader with:
Experience in retail leadership, ideally within the pharmacy or healthcare sector
Proven ability to coach, inspire, and influence diverse teams
Strong financial and operational management skills
Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication abilities
A proactive, customer-first approach and high standards of professional presentation
Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly to stores across your area
