We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to oversee multi-unit restaurant operations in Abu Dhabi. This is a hands-on role focused on driving operational standards, quality, customer experience and consistency across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant locations.
• Drive high standards across quality, cleanliness, service and overall execution.
• Ensure SOPs and operational processes are consistently followed.
• Lead and develop teams to deliver a strong customer experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and performance.
• Support relationships with delivery partners and other key stakeholders.
• Oversee and support catering and events operations.
• Work closely with the wider team to maintain consistent standards across the business.

Key Ingredients

• Proven multi-unit restaurant operations experience is essential.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, SOPs and quality standards.
• Hands-on, agile and solutions-focused leadership style.
• Strong people management and customer service skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and operational discipline.
• Catering or events exposure would be advantageous.
