Responsibilities
  • Drive sales by ensuring all outlets are optimally indexed on the full range of products listed by the network(s).
  • Ensure customers are registered and adequately trained on the Vivo Mobile Incentive Scheme.
  • Escalate any stock or pricing issues to the relevant Regional Manager (RM).
  • Achieve monthly sell-out targets.
  • Monitor and report on outlet pricing queries and requirements.
  • Ensure all Point of Sale Materials (POSMs) are correctly placed, with priority given to securing the best display positions.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, suitability, and professional appearance of display areas.
  • Ensure dummy and live handsets, as authorized by Networks and Outlets, are available, charged, securely displayed, and in working order.
  • Ensure deal posters are correctly placed.
  • Take and submit photos of all displays built in outlets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients across all levels.
  • Represent the company professionally to all networks, service providers, outlets, and customers within the territory.
  • Provide hands-on training to outlet staff and customers on both current and newly launched products.
  • Offer exceptional after-sales support by responding to queries, handling escalations, and following up until resolution.
  • Report on general market trends, competitor activity, and outlet-specific insights.
  • Inform the line manager of any handset failures, complaints, or relevant operational issues.
  • Provide daily field activity reports.
  • Assist with updating company databases, gathering, and submitting all outlet information on an ongoing basis.
  • Ensure complete and accurate knowledge of all company products.
  • Maintain personal hygiene and professional appearance in accordance with Vivo’s standards.
