Position Summary As an Area Manager, you will oversee the operational and financial success of a portfolio of residential communities. Working closely with property owners and onsite teams, you will drive performance, develop talent, and ensure communities are positioned for long-term success. What You'll Do Lead and support Community Managers and onsite teams. Oversee community operations, budgets, and financial performance. Serve as the primary liaison between property owners and property teams. Conduct property visits to ensure operational excellence and compliance. Recruit, train, and mentor team members. Manage capital improvement and renovation projects to enhance property value. Who You Are: Proven property management professional with at least 2 years of experience; multi-site experience preferred. Strong leader who inspires teams, fosters collaboration, and develops talent. Excellent communicator dedicated to providing exceptional service to residents, owners, and team members. Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Committed to the highest standards of ethics, professionalism, and confidentiality. Knowledgeable in real estate laws, compliance, and business math. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. CAM, CAMT II, CAPS, or other industry designations are a plus.
