As an Area Manager, you will be a strategic leader with an innovative mindset, skilled in problem-solving and effective communication. You will prioritise safety, maintain a strong customer focus, and adopt a solutions-oriented approach in all aspects of your role.

You will also be able to demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in senior leadership (tertiary qualifications preferred, not essential)
  • Industry experience within reinforcing, building products, construction or industrial manufacturing
  • A track record of implementing a high-performance culture across multiple sites
  • Experience leading change management initiatives
  • A genuine and passionate approach to safety leadership
  • Exceptional people leadership and communication skills
  • Strong business acumen and financial management capability

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Australian Reinforcing Company (ARC) is seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Manager to lead and manage our West Victorian branch network across both metropolitan and regional locations. This is a unique opportunity to play a key leadership role in driving operational excellence, sales growth and customer satisfaction for a market leader in reinforcing solutions.
This role involves leading multiple sites, ensuring safe and efficient operations while taking full ownership of the sales channel and demand generation across the West region.
