REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the optical industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and staff.
  • Proficient with Excel and possess the ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience in stakeholders management with excellent ability to prepare and present weekly reporting.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, to support store operations if needed
  • Having experience within the industry or in retail operation is preferred.
