Partners closely with IE, ME, OI and the shift teams to ensure strategic and systemic tactical line optimization that meets operational commitments Reduce operational risk with efficient capital deployment through accurate risk assessments and decision making Partners with Manufacturing, PD, IE and operations peers to reduce operational risk with efficient capital deployment through accurate risk assessments and decision making Understands and drives efficient equipment layout and capital that balances operational and development requirements Provides analysis of data, highlights key trends and issues, and identifies potential solutions for area issues Participates in setting area efficiency targets (CT, Utils, Moves, QDR's, Redundancy, AMHS, TW, Q-time performance, etc.) Participates in the planning and execution of tactical duplication plans Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field 3+ years of experience in manufacturing operations or similar environment Advanced knowledge of Fab Operations, Capacity Planning, Floor Scheduling, Line Management systems and all related reporting tools Proven dedication to safety and quality standards Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and collaboration abilities Shown ability to track and report operational metrics Ability to work in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or Manufacturing Previous experience in semiconductor manufacturing operations Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent process improvement training Experience with safety audit programs and root cause analysis Consistent track record of driving quality improvement initiatives Knowledge of QDR processes and lessons learned frameworks Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams Excellent organizational and project management skills
