Area Nutrition Manager (Sales Ethical) – Nestlé Health Science (Ho Chi Minh City) Empower Healthier Lives Through Advanced Medical Nutrition About the Role At Nestlé Health Science, we believe that nutrition can change lives. We are looking for an Area Nutrition Manager, based in Ho Chi Minh City, to lead and develop a team of passionate Nutrition Advisors who bring our specialized medical nutrition products — such as Peptamen, Oral Impact Powder, and Boost Glucose Control... — to healthcare professionals across hospital channels. This is an exciting opportunity for a purpose-driven medical sales professionals to make a real difference in patients’ recovery and well-being while building a high-performing team and driving business growth in the southern region of Vietnam. What You’ll Do Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Nutrition Advisors to achieve business objectives and strengthen partnerships within hospital networks. Develop and implement area strategies to grow Nestlé Health Science’s medical nutrition portfolio  Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), including physicians, dietitians, and hospital administrators, to enhance brand trust and awareness. Collaborate cross-functionally to execute scientific engagement and promotional initiatives. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and hospital dynamics to identify growth opportunities. Ensure compliance with internal policies, the Nestlé code of ethics, and local health regulations. What Will Make You Successful Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nutrition, Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, Medicine, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in the Medical Nutrition / Healthcare / Hospital Channel, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Proven track record in team leadership, scientific selling, and relationship building with HCPs. Strong business acumen with the ability to translate clinical knowledge into impactful business outcomes. Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
