SALARY FROM £60,000 PER ANNUM, PLUS £7.5K CAR ALLOWANCE

Following an internal move, we are looking for a passionate, people focused, and guest obsessed Area Operations Manager to join our team here at Marston’s and help us achieve our ambition to be the UK’s number 1 pub company.
Supporting our Self-Employed Partners to maximise their pub business opportunities, you will have an area of around 26 pubs, comprised of Partnership agreements covering Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire. This role reports into a Regional Operations Manager, sitting within our Midlands Division.
