Your key responsibilities will include ‘

• Acquire and analyze data for accuracy and root cause analysis to provide accurate and actionable data to stakeholders.
• Assist with the development and implementation of data driven action plans to improve processes and resolve issues associated with Quality, Waste and Uptime.
• Provide solutions, leadership and support for personnel engaged in process improvements affecting machine cleaning, equipment settings, changeovers, waste, safety, and case disposition.
• Conduct Audits to assure processes are being followed and controlled Understanding responsibilities for compliance with regulatory requirements and Company standards.
• Attend and participate in job related meetings, including meetings with equipment vendors and others related to equipment and/or processes used in the production area.
• Participate in EHS programs as required by assigned site/role (e.g., PULSAR safety observation program, Safety Triggers) to know the potential health & safety risks and environmental impacts of work activities and understand role in mitigating these impacts.
