THIS IS A FULL-TIME POSITION.

Responsibilities include:
*Previous experience in property management (residential or commercial).

*Basic knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and leasing practices.
*Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
*Reliable transportation for property visits (if applicable).
*Proficiency in property management software (Yardi Voyager) is a plus.
*Marketing property and increasing traffic

* Processing applications and certifications

* Supervise maintenance staff

* Tax Credit regulation adherence

Qualifications
Experience in property management is essential for this role, along with a strong understanding of Fair Housing regulations and property leasing. Proficiency in LIHTC and Section 8 programs is highly beneficial. Premium skills in Yardi, conflict management, and legal administrative experience are advantageous. Excellent customer service, negotiation, and office experience are key qualifications. Knowledge of landlord-tenant law and real estate administrative tasks is preferred. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are necessary for success in this position.
