Are you passionate about people, community, and ensuring everything runs smoothly? We’re looking for a Property Manager to oversee 3 townhome style communities in Milwaukie for a total of 62 units. You will be the central figure in creating a welcoming and well-maintained living experience for residents while efficiently managing daily operations.
We’re all about creating a welcoming and enjoyable place for our residents, and we’re seeking someone who brings professionalism, personality, and problem-solving skills to the role.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident files, lease agreements, and property records.
• Prepare and distribute communication regarding property updates, policies, or changes.
• Stay organized and ensure administrative tasks are completed efficiently and timely.
