Adept Corporate Services are looking for an Area Relief Cleaning Supervisor (working) who has Builders and Commercial cleaning experience to work shifts from 7 am, Monday to Sunday with an immediate start. A minimum of 16 hours hours per week. The right candidate will be offered a permanent contract for 30 hours per week

Key Duties: As a Cleaning Supervisor your duties will be:

• Planning and organising projects with the management team- Adept
• Moving staff and equipment to sites
• Working with team to deliver projects
• Communicating with Site Managers, customers and building occupiers
• Dusting, cleaning, and polishing furniture, fixtures and fittings.
• Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping and cleaning floors, toilets and rooms.
• Carry out cleaning duties relating to Builders cleans- Builders cleans, recleans and Sparkle Clean in houses and commercial offices.- Clean and remove debris, paint, dust and materials from newly built or refurbished sites, ensuring spaces are safe, clean, and ready for use.
• Applying necessary chemicals and solvents to surfaces to easily and effectively remove stain and dirt.
• Complying with all Health & Safety policies and procedures including COSHH and RAMS that are related to carrying out cleaning tasks.
• Carrying out cleaning duties with the aid of necessary equipment.
• Taking and handling special requests for clients or customers as required appropriately.
• Carefully handling and operating all cleaning machinery according to protocol
• Identifying and reporting all safety equipment maintenance issues to the supervisor or management.
