Responsibilities
  • Providing support to the Senior Area Planner in driving the overall Marketing Sales and Operational Planning process (S&OP), including preparation of decks, engagement with key stakeholders, facilitating discussion at S&OP meetings and minuting any outcomes / conclusions from these meetings
  • Ensure OTIF (On-Time In-Full) Regional reporting
  • Acting as a key point of contact for Regional Planning team on all regular and ad-hoc SOP related tasks & reporting matters
  • Ensure relevant insights availability to Western Europe Leadership Team, both through process of Weekly performance communication and through A-DRM
  • Collaborate with Business Intelligence teams to ensure data accuracy, availability, and relevance for reporting purposes
  • Act as a liaison between different Planning teams to gather necessary information and insights for accurate planning and reporting.
