Who are you?

  • 2+ years’ experience in sales and customer service;
  • Experience and/or passion for interior design;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral;
  • Exceptional organizational skills with task prioritization, multi-tasking, and strong time management techniques;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Ability to work with little supervision;
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted;
  • Comfortable with heights and climbing ladders;
  • Available to work Monday to Friday, daytime and evening, and daytime Saturday and Sunday (up to 40 hours weekly)

What will you do?

  • Warmly greet all walk-in customers, providing a store tour to all new clientele;
  • Advise clients by promoting our wide range of products, considering their individual requirements;
  • Possess design expertise and excellent product knowledge in the industry;
  • Communicate accurate and detailed product information to customers;
  • Assist customers with design recommendations and solutions;
  • Participate in inventory management and reception of goods;
  • Ensure showroom cleanliness is maintained, and trending products are highlighted;
  • Other duties as required
