Description
This position is primarily responsible in leading a team of Customer Development Managers in the achievement of their monthly and annual objectives in Sales, Forecast, Accounts Receivable (AR), Returns and Customer Call. The position is also responsible in coaching and mentoring the direct reports and ensuring a well-trained and highly motivated team of sales people. The position also leads the business development strategies and implementation and ensures that all business partners are catered for and that their needs and expectations are met by the business. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Drives and develops accounts and territory specific growth strategies and approaches and cultivate and leads a high standard team by setting objectives and trainings to improve skill set. Conducts On-the-Job Coaching (OJC) sessions during field visits including strategic resource planning and impeccable execution of all plans of action, validation of team reports before submission to ensure quality standards are met as well as compliance on timely and accurate submission of standard reports of the team such as Weekly Expense Report (WER), Monthly Work Calendar, Collection Tracker and Weekly Forecast update and other required ad hoc reports. Perpetuates and update insights and data analysis and convert it into a platform for organic growth, reviews the business presentation material of the direct reports and reinforces key messages during the actual presentation with Trade Customers and Business Partners and develops and maintains mutually beneficial relationships with key decision makers of top trade accounts to ensure smooth execution of business development plans. Create cross-functional engagements and collaboration with necessary functions in providing realistic, doable and stretched sales forecast and leads in the formulation and achievement of Sales, Accounts receivable and Customer Call Target, overseeing implementation of trade marketing programs of all business partners, formulation of Initial Stocking Plan for new products and distribution of all Getz Healthcare products and ensuring that the RDC stock allocation requirement are coordinated by the Customer Development Manager. Motivates the team by conducting team-building and motivational activities, advocates the Getz Healthcare Code of Conduct and Core Values, maintains organized files of pertinent records and documents as well as safe keep and maintain Company properties in good working conditions such as Company-issued car, Laptop, GPAD tablet, and mobile phone and performs tasks that might be assigned from time to time. Qualifications: Graduate of a four (4) year course preferably Medical or Marketing or Business Management-related course. Minimum of five (5) years working experience with at least three (3) years managerial experience and has good understanding of the Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, and other Healthcare related products and knowledgeable in the Drugstore, Wholesaler and Sub distributor channels. Background in a distribution set up is an advantage and experience gained from the retail industry is also a plus. Excellent influence and negotiation skills, Coaching and Mentoring, Sales Forecasting, excellent in verbal and written communication skills and advance knowledge in Microsoft Office.
