Exciting opportunity for an experienced Area Director to lead and drive success across three to six dynamic fitness clubs/studios. We’re seeking a results-oriented leader with a passion for fitness, exceptional team management skills, and a track record of excellence in a sales driven environment.

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for business growth and personal development. While direct fitness industry experience is not required, exceptional people skills and a self-motivated, can-do work ethic are essential. As an Area Director, you will oversee the operations of 3+ Anytime Fitness / StretchLab locations. Your responsibilities will include driving overall club success and profitability, providing extensive sales coaching, facilitating crucial conversations with staff, and managing various aspects of hiring, training, scheduling, and payroll preparation.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in multi-unit sales management
  • Background in sales
  • Demonstrated leadership skills gained through several years of experience in the service or retail sector
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), coupled with a customer-centric approach
  • General understanding of Human Resources, including staff training, development, and hiring practices
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
  • Proficiency in utilizing spreadsheets, word documents, and PowerPoint
