Responsibilities include: Identify and develop new sales opportunity / business risk within the assigned territories, and implement the business plan to achieve the targets sales Provide accurate sales forecast monthly to assist SM in preparing accurate monthly sales forecasting from the team Monitor sales performance and provide the analysis regularly to optimize the business plan Planning and coordinate the daily activities in advance with clear objective for each call; perform post call analysis and review customer’s feedback for continuous improvement. Execute territory action plan and marketing strategies to targeted customers in line with marketing strategies to optimize sales and maintain high level of customer service quality Effective involvement and communication to ensure approval with Sales, Marketing, Finance, logistics/ function team of plans and programs Who are you? A recognized Diploma or Degree holder, preferable in Sales, Business Studies or related fields Minimum 3 years’ experience in consumer healthcare or other FMCG experience and essential understanding of the market Strong motivation to succeed in driving sales growth and expansion of the business Independent, confident and results driven with strong interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills Ability to foster relationships and connections quickly and virtually with consumer healthcare or other FMCG Proficient and computer literate Agencies please note: this recruitment assignment is being managed directly by Blackmores Talent Acquisition team.
