EOC Group, a family-owned chemical product manufacturer headquartered in Belgium with seven production branches across Europe, is actively seeking a Sales Manager Adhesives for the UK market. Specializing in adhesives, compounds, latices, emulsions, and more, EOC prioritizes sustainable entrepreneurship and delivers high-quality products while ensuring exceptional customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s degree in business development or equivalent through a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proven track record in a similar role, demonstrating substantial business growth.
- Experience in the adhesive industry or related chemistry/manufacturing sectors is highly desirable.
- Fluent in English, French and German is a requirement. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Enthusiastic, hands-on mentality with a passion for exploring new markets.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Europe, up to 50% of the time.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work semi-remotely with frequent visits to the HQ and R&D lab.
Responsibilities:
As the Sales Manager for industrial adhesives (Hotmelt and Water-based), you will work closely with the EOC Belgium team and report directly to the European Sales Manager.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support the Sales Director in achieving sales targets and market expansion
- Research, identify, and evaluate potential business opportunities within existing and new markets.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive growth and revenue.
- Promoting and selling adhesives (Hotmelt and Water-based) to end customers and distributors.
- Identifying and prioritizing new business opportunities in the UK market, especially in sectors like paperboard, paper converting, and the tissue industry.
- Collaborating closely with the local EOC production plant to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Monitoring market trends, providing strategic insights, and developing tailored sales strategies.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, major groups, and new clients.
- Drive product development initiatives in collaboration with the R&D team.
- Prioritize safety, environmental, and sustainability considerations in all business development efforts.
- Managing key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet sales targets.
- Traveling within the region (60% of the time).
