ABOUT THE ROLE

Having unrivalled knowledge in plumbing fittings, Uppercross has developed a product range for the agri market. They’d like you to drive the development, sales growth, and brand awareness of UEL’s agribusiness in Leinster. This will be achieved through 10% year-on-year sales growth by targeting agri co-ops, horticultural suppliers, growers, and sports ground sectors.
You will have the experience and knowledge to conduct market research, implement a tactical sales plan, and actively build a customer base while supporting UEL’s position as a trusted supplier of high-quality agri solutions.
What is essential for this role is an understanding of agriculture in Ireland. You will have a connection to dairy or crops and be comfortable approaching farmers, agri buyers and specifiers to discuss their needs. In addition, you’ll have a relationship with agri co-op stores and be able to gain floor space for UEL in-store. In an ideal world, you’ll have had experience selling to horticulture and sports grounds.
