We’re looking for a sales professional who brings a strong understanding of the commercial building sector, particularly in aluminium windows and doors.

You will have:

  • A proven track record in sales and customer relationship management
  • Experience in commercial aluminium window and door systems
  • OR experience in the industrial aluminium or metals industries
  • Strong technical aptitude and a solid understanding of relevant industry standards and regulations
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with a passion for delivering results

Responsibilities

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Townsville. In this role, you’ll manage a diverse portfolio of customers across multiple industries — with a strong focus on the commercial aluminium windows and doors sector.
You’ll be responsible for driving growth through trusted customer relationships, technical support, and tailored solutions that meet the demands of commercial and project-based work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth and achieve profit targets, particularly in the commercial windows and doors market
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial construction sector
  • Provide product knowledge and technical support for aluminium window and door systems
  • Manage a broad and varied client base across multiple industries
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and solution delivery
