POSITION SUMMARY:

This is a fully remote position that requires extensive travel within the assigned regional territory. The role reports to the Senior Director of Sales or the Regional Sales Director.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or science, with 3 to 5 years of proven success in capital equipment sales.
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset; highly organized and able to quickly build strong relationships.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially with Skin Representatives to share leads and coordinate efforts.
  • Ability to clearly and effectively present technical solutions in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Familiarity with Return on Investment (ROI) selling methodology.
  • Experience selling to plastic surgeons and physicians is a plus.
  • Customer service-oriented, with the ability to interface with clients at all levels.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
  • Passion for cold calling and lead generation.

Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for sales of Sciton’s Laser Hair Removal product within a defined territory.
  • Achieve assigned sales quotas and targets.
  • Prospect new customers, deliver presentations, conduct product demonstrations, and close sales transactions.
  • Plan and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct marketing research and manage the assigned territory efficiently.
  • Handle post-sale customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Field Service and other corporate staff departments.
  • Drive territory success through cold calling and on-site visits, aiming to exceed individual and team goals.
  • Develop new customer relationships while nurturing existing ones to expand the sales of Sciton’s Hair Removal Platform.
  • Educate customers on Sciton’s Hair Removal treatment indications, efficacy, and safety, and how the product meets their needs and those of their clients.
