We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to cover the Northern Region, with a primary focus on working with housebuilders. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded professional with strong relationship-building skills to grow sales and strengthen our presence in a key market.

• Drive sales growth across the Northern region by developing and managing relationships with developers and related stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the housebuilding and development sector.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and negotiation to closing deals and aftersales support.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams (marketing and technical support) to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
