• Build, train, and manage a residential door-to-door sales team
• Design turf and knocking strategy across assigned Fort Lauderdale neighborhoods
• Lead from the front: coach reps in the field, set the pace, and lead by example
• Oversee the full sales pipeline: inspections, estimates, insurance claims, and closings
• Collaborate with internal production and back-end teams for a seamless customer experience
• Stay up to date on Florida building codes and insurance claim legislation for residential roofs
