About the Role

The Area Manager, Pharmacy Automation (PA) will be responsible for leading and driving the growth of the Pharmacy Automation (PA) portfolio in the Eastern Region.

This role is accountable for executing the commercial strategy within the assigned area, managing key accounts, developing high‑performing sales capabilities, and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders to deliver sustainable business growth.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic account development, market shaping, and execution excellence while ensuring full compliance with BD’s ethical and professional standards.
