Job Description Summary Job Description JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for managing all sales activities in assigned territory by planning, organizing, leading, monitoring and controlling resources to achieve territorial revenue objectives within budgeted expense levels. This person will be accountable for building KOL network, developing channel partners, distributors and direct customers through an effective coverage plan to ensure product availability and supply. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Develop comprehensive strategic plans for achieving targets. • Plan and execute marketing programs as per guidelines of marketing organization. • Lead the team to build strong relationship with key customer accounts, focusing on KOLs. • Build strong distributor/channel partner relationships with special focus on stockists. • Identify new business opportunities including tender based business. • Ensure regular customer visits along with sales force team and develop strong customer relationship. • Prepare periodic operating rhythm and ensure achievement of sales target. • Manage distribution channel inventory levels and trade terms. • Coordinate with other departments like sales, warehouse, distributors etc. to ensure timely order fulfillment and address any issues or problems encountered during day-to-day operations. • Review sales performance data regularly and make necessary adjustments to improve sales results. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science/Commerce Experience: 2 years experience in Medical Device Industry, Preferably in Hospital Sales Competences: Good communication skills, Presentation skills, Analytical ability, Customer oriented, Team player Other Skills: Knowledge of hospital set up, Medical procedures and protocols Required Skills Optional Skills .
