IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL….

…lead and manage an area sales team combined with designing strategy to grow the company’s sales and customer base with the Senior Sales Manager. Develop relationships of existing partners/channels in addition to securing new business.

YOU WILL REQUIRE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in retail sales and territory channel management
  • Experience in telecommunication retail sales is highly desirable
  • Ability to implement training and coaching
  • Experience in managing an area sales team
  • Leadership skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Responsibilities
  • Managing the area sales team’s retail activities ensuring they are meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Implement regular training programs to improve sales in existing and new channels
  • Executing plans for activation of new channels for the company’s products.
  • Implementing plans for servicing and managing existing clients, dealers and distributors
  • Maintain awareness of current market conditions/competition and be proactive in implementing new strategies
  • Complying with the daily, weekly and monthly sales reporting responsibilities
  • Updating and producing accurate, timely data/information for the Senior Sales Manager
  • Delivering strategical objectives and creating plans to achieve key milestones
  • Leverage customer data to generate behavioral insights and make data driven decisions
  • Manages multiple requirements in a positive and proactive manner adjusting approach to reach goals as required.
