DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY

  • To grow sales and market share for Pride, Quantum and Stealth products through relationship building, product education, business strategy development, and customer support within an assigned geographical area and account base.
  • Reporting to the Senior Area Sales Manager – Western Canada

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Must be a team player, professional, detail-oriented, and honest

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • At least 3 years of business-to-business field sales experience with retail products

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • More than 2 years of Mobility equipment sales experience preferred
  • Current or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferred

REQUIRED EDUCATION

  • Degree in a Health Care related field OR High School Diploma or GED with significant tenure and required experience

PREFERRED EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Health Care related field

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the Canada without sponsorship now, or in the future

Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed revenue goals and sales quotas within an assigned geographical area and account base
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and relationship development by conducting effective business meetings, product training, and in-service presentations
  • Collaborate effectively with internal resources, such as Pride Account Executives and Quantum Sales, to enhance the customer experience, share insights, and create strategic action plans to maximize sales for your assigned area and account base
  • Provide ongoing feedback and best practices through the Pride “Speak Up” platform
  • Identify and capitalize on Unrealized Sales Opportunities (USO’s) for all business lines within assigned account base
  • Develop a strategic travel/call rotation to build and maintain relationships with customers on a consistent basis
  • Provide Senior Area Sales Manager with continuous feedback on competitor products and Pride/Quantum/Stealth products to help with ongoing development of new products, and the redesign of existing products to better serve the customer
  • Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management
  • Develop goals and objectives, and measure outcomes to ensure goals are met
  • Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment
  • Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations
  • Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary
