JOB SUMMARY:
As an Area Sales Manager in the perfume industry, you will be responsible for overseeing sales activities and driving revenue growth within a specific geographic region. You will manage relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers, while ensuring that sales targets and business objectives are met. This role requires a strong understanding of the perfume market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a sales team to achieve business goals.
Lead, train, and motivate the regional sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Provide coaching and guidance to sales representatives to enhance their performance and product knowledge.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners. Negotiate contracts, manage key accounts, and ensure timely delivery of products.Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of competitors. Analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies accordingly.Ensure deep product knowledge and expertise in the perfume range. Act as a brand ambassador and provide training to the team on new products, features, and benefits.Provide regular sales reports to senior management, including performance metrics, sales forecasts, and market analysis. Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.Manage the sales budget for the region, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and meeting profitability targets.Coordinate and support promotional activities, events, and campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales in the assigned territory.Qualifications:
