Description

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field with at least 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
  • Proven success in selling technical services or equipment, such as jacking systems, drilling tools, lifting gear, or rig maintenance solutions
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and rig systems, including cranes, skidding systems, jacking equipment, and top drives
  • Well-versed in industry standards and regulations (API, DNV, ABS, etc.)
  • Proficient and effective communicator in English
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-person techno-commercial meetings with both prospective and existing customers across designated regions, supporting local commercial and operational teams.
  • Organize and participate in face-to-face sales meetings to engage and develop customer relationships across various territories.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process: receive RFQs, prepare and submit quotations, follow up on submitted proposals, and analyze client needs and market pricing to secure orders.
  • Support the development of strong client relationships through key account management, engaging in discussions from project initiation to final reporting.
  • Evaluate business opportunities in both traditional and emerging markets, aligned with regional strategies.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to technical and commercial enquiries, including the preparation of accurate, high-quality proposals.
  • Assist the regional team by proactively identifying and resolving customer issues.
  • Actively engage with key decision-makers at all levels within prospective client organization.
