Ltd., you will be instrumental in driving sales performance and expanding our regional presence. This is a full-time, on-site role, offering the chance to contribute directly to the growth of a dynamic, innovative safety solutions provider. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets within your territory. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and relationship-building. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring clients’ needs are met and expectations exceeded. Provide market insights and feedback to leadership to support product development and strategic planning. What We’re Looking For Minimum 5-8 years of sales experience, preferably in safety equipment and maritime industry. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with CRM and sales automation tools.
