Areas to be covered: North London, North Home Counties and East Anglia

Remuneration: £50,000 + £20,000 - £25,000 bonus

Benefits: £7,200 annual car allowance & comprehensive benefits packages

The role of the Specification Sales Manager - Automatic Doors will involve:

· Area Sales Manager position selling a high quality manufactured range of access controls and site security

· All of your time will be spent selling to FM companies, main contractors, sub-contractors and end users

· Project sizes will vary depending on what project for example could be anywhere between £5k - £500k

· Good blend of account management and new business

· Will inherit a well-established area currently turning over circa £2.5m-3m

The ideal applicant will be a Specification Sales Manager - Automatic Doors with:

· Must have construction field sales experience selling direct to site via FM companies, main contractors, sub-contractors and end users

· Must be able to digest technical information

· Must be commercially astute

· Hunter, driven and a team player
