We’re offering a rare and exciting opportunity to take the next step in your field sales career. As an Area Sales Manager, you’ll lead a team of tactical field agents on our Flex Team—driving performance across some of the UK’s most recognised FMCG brands in major retailers.
Location: Bristol, United Kingdom, BS2
Territory covering: Bristol, Gloucester, Cardiff, Swansea, Bournemouth, Taunton, Plymouth, Exeter, Truro & surrounding areas
Salary: £34,000 + 10% annual bonus + Company Car

YOU’LL BE:

• Managing and motivating a team to meet KPIs across multiple ongoing campaigns
• Partnering with major household brands to increase visibility and drive sales in-store
• Recruiting, training, and developing a reliable pool of flexible workers
• Collaborating with key departments including Client Services, HR, and Operations
• Continuously seeking opportunities to improve and innovate in your region
