Elite Consultancy is proud to partner with a long-established and highly respected business in the heavy machinery industry, known for supplying top-tier equipment and plant hire solutions across the UK. With over 50 years of expertise and a solid footprint in construction, recycling, and waste management, they’re now looking to expand their dynamic sales team.
We are seeking an experienced, self-driven Sales Manager with a strong technical background and a passion for new business development to cover a key patch in London and the South East. What’s on Offer:

• £45,000 - £50,000 base salary (depending on experience)
• Company vehicle + fuel card

The Role:

• Manage and grow a territory across London and the South East
• Develop new business and expand existing accounts
• Prepare accurate, timely quotations and close deals
• Provide on-site technical support and demonstrations
• Understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
• Monitor competitors and position product offerings effectively
• Work autonomously and manage your own schedule efficiently

What We’re Looking For:

• A technically minded individual – ideally with experience in engineering or a field-based technical role
• Proven success in B2B sales – particularly in heavy machinery, waste equipment, or industrial solutions
• Strong cold calling and new business development skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to hit targets and work independently
• Someone based within the territory (Watford, South London, M25 corridor, etc.)
• Full UK driving licence
