Responsibilities
  • Acquire new customers across all market segments
  • Conduct research, qualify leads, and identify opportunities using sales analysis tools (e.g. Agency360)
  • Manage and develop existing customer relationships through regular contact, visits, and networking
  • Conduct annual contract negotiations, business reviews, RFPs and framework agreements in cooperation with Revenue Managers and General Managers
  • Organize and lead site inspections, customer events, presentations etc.
  • Work closely with hotel teams, revenue managers, the marketing manager and the Area Director of Sales to align commercial strategies
  • Support the preparation of annual Sales & Marketing Plans and budgets
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer reputation
  • Participate in and contribute to sales and strategy meetings etc.
  • Contribute to online and social media marketing campaigns together with the Digital Marketing Manager
  • Participate in cross-departmental projects and bring forward innovative ideas to support business growth
