YOUR BACKGROUND

  • You have a relevant professional background within refrigeration or a related businesses area
  • Preferable +3 years of experience from general Retail refrigeration and HVAC business, coming with a proven success record in B2B sales
  • Solid technical experience within refrigeration technology - preferably experience with natural refrigerants
  • You have an open mindset, are willing to take responsibility and are good at working independently and structured
  • You have a high personal drive, a positive attitude and are motivated by ambitious goals
  • To be successful in this role, you need to be customer-oriented with excellent communicative and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

As our new Area Sales Manager South Germany, and part of our sales team, you will be responsible for own sales in your area and be our face to the customers. In close collaboration with our internal sales team, Sales Engineering, you will support customers and continue to drive our sales growth. The position reports to the Regional Sales Manager DACH
With your solid experience in developing technical sales and market shares within the refrigeration industry, your main function will be to sell our advanced CO2 refrigeration and heating systems in the retail, heating and industry segment via relationships to the end-users, refrigeration consultants and contractors.
As your dedicated colleagues, you will work towards a common goal of fast growth in sales, building and strengthen relationships with both existing and new customers, advising end-users and offer qualified technical support and sparring with designing consultants.
You will get an important position in a dynamic company, with responsibility for sales in the DACH Region. With your experience in technical sales of refrigeration systems, you contribute to securing our position as a market-leading supplier of CO2 refrigeration systems.
You will be working from a home office but travel activity in Germany is part of the job. You will mainly be travelling in the south Germany, and in addition participate in fairs one to two weeks per year.

MAIN TASKS

  • Drive sales by customer and market activities in line with global and regional plans
  • Focus on current and future growth with sustainable profitability through existing and new customers in your sales area
  • Support customers with technical clarifications and solutions
  • Build and develop a strong network with Food Retail end-users, refrigeration consultants and contractors
  • Perform sales activities with a strong focus on driving sales pipeline and customer development though planning and value selling
