THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a results-driven Area Sales Manager to focus on driving growth within the Bradstone Assured Installer market. This is a key customer segment within our landscaping business – a community of professional installers who trust and promote the Bradstone brand to homeowners.
You will be the face of Bradstone Assured for installers building strong relationships that translate into lasting partnerships and sales growth.

Responsibilities
  • You will build, develop and manage relationships with Bradstone Assured Installers in your territory.
  • Identify new opportunities to expand the Bradstone Assured network and grow our share in the domestic landscaping market.
  • Understand the challenges and needs of our installer customers and align Holcim’s solutions to support their success.
  • Track and assess sales performance, market activity, and competitor presence to ensure strategic advantage.
  • You’ll uphold our high standards by conducting regular assessments of the Bradstone Assured network to ensure consistent quality and compliance.
